Great book written by a weight loss surgery patient, and a nutritionist, with wonderful recipes with detailed nutritional information and serving sizes.  Each recipe has a section that tells you how far along you can eat in from week 1 and beyond, and if you need to puree it, or f you can have it As is.  It is available through the Barnes & noble website.
