GREAT MEETING LAST NIGHT

Hi everyone....
I wanted to say thanks to all of you who shared your stories with me last night at the meeting. I felt so good and so uplifted afterwards. As I continue down my 6 month waiting-period (Booo to Blue Cross Blue Shield!) I am glad that I can come to these meetings and be reminded that everything will be OK.
I have a suggestion. Why don't we meet twice a month? The group might be smaller which would allow us to discuss more (after introductions) and if people can't make one night, they could make the meeting in two weeks.
I just wanted to put it out there and see how people feel about.
Thanks,
Veronica

Hi Everyone,
We have been growing in numbers over the last couple months and I am truly enjoying the support groups as much as you are. I have been asked if we could have our meetings twice per month. I have been considering it. The added group meeting would be for post op patients over 1 year.
After the first year or two it is whole different ball game and a whole new set of challenges. It would therefore be ideal to address these issues in another forum with speakers and topics exploring these issues.
I would love to hear your opinions.
