I weighed myself in before the meeting in the office earlier this evening. Yes, on Dr. Buchin’s evil scale, the scale that has never been kind to me. Never, until today that is. I have officially lost fifty-five pounds!!! I made it into the silver club! Yeah BABY!

I am a silver surfer too.....I am down 70 pounds as of this morning's weigh in. (Yes, it is my kitchen scale, but it is the one I go by!)
