All are welcome to our support group   Tuesday March 11th at 5:30 pm

Guest Speaker: Nicolette Pace, MS, RD, CDE, CFCS
                      Dietitian / Nutritionist

Come with your dietary questions as she will be addressing post surgery diets do's and dont's and the importance of vitamins and minerals post op and more.....

What an absolutely great meeting tonight!  Nicolette Pace was fabulous...caring and knowledgeable.   I am so thrilled that I had the chance to meet her.  I am going to be calling her and setting up an appointment to see her. 

Also, what a great "after meeting".  It was so nice chatting with all the girls...laughing and getting to know them better.  What a great support group you have founded.   I'm sorry we kept you so late with all our yakking. 

I'm happy that I got to meet Casandra...who has her operation tomorrow.  I know from experience that she is in great hands with Dr. Buchin.

I will start a poll to see how much protein post surgery patients intake on average per day....
