Good morning....
New day new world..
I have joined the Gold club status as of Friday morning. At least by my home scale.
Funny thing about it, I just started a new job and have been preoccupied with all that involved with that and I didn't even realize that I did it.
I think that getting back to work and getting on schedule, even after only a week, has helped me in several ways.
I'm back on a "normal" schedule, so it's easier to plan my meals and stick to it. I'm also not walking around like someone killed my dog. I have renewed pourpose. Guess it's a self esteem thing. :
Go figure? It's something I have been shooting for. It came and went with no fanfare... no ballons.... no marching bands. It came and went like a raccoon in the night.
In fact it took me a day to realize it happened.
But it happened and now that I realize it I'm very excited to have accomplished this first major milestone.
As far as I figure it I'm half way to my goal weight.
Well there's still a lot of work to do.
Good luck all in reaching your goals.
Tony
