I have started to keep a food journal so I can see what is my daily intake of calories, protein, sugar, fat, carbs, etc.  I am finding that unless I drink a protein shake, I cannot even get close to the amount of protein needed.

Does anyone else have this problem?  If so, what is your solution?

Also, eating 3-4 oz per meal, how many calories should I be taking in daily?

I am also having trouble getting in my protien. I am ready to attempt the isopure again. I think this is what is slowing down my success and limiting my energy. I did journal one day and I got halfway to my protien goal

As much as i hated isopure during my liquid weeks.... i have gotten accustomed to it now and it part of my daily intake 1-2x as a meal... usually for breakfast and lunch...!  This way i know, i am getting in the protein for sure....

hope it helps...
