Still don't know if I'm spelling it correctly.
Well yesterday (Thursday 19th) I had the pleasure of undergoing and completing another rung in my ladder.  I had my endoscope exam.  All in all it was a breeze, the only unpleasant part was the topical anesthesia for my throat that I had to gargle and swallow.  It tasted pretty bad and had the consistency of 10w30 motor oil, kinda tasted like motor oil as well.  The exam itself went quickly and I came out of the anesthesia a little early and opened my eyes while they were still down my throat with the camera.  Kind of startled me so I just shut my eyes until they tried to wake me.  Came out of it quickly and looking to get out of there.  They did find a couple things they weren't expecting, hope it doesn't delay my surgery but I will find out soon.  Any hope to see everyone on Tuesday.

That's all for now
Tony

PS..I hope I'm not the only patient that Dr. Buchin has ... I mean I really would like to here from other people in the process of undertaking their journey.  We are all here for each other and it helps to share.... This is a really safe zone so it's OK to open up and share.  So far in the time I have been reading and posting the others here have been supportive, funny and informative.  So if there are any lurkers out there throw in a few cents... just a word or two can make a difference to someone.  Consider this your official invitation.  I mean there must be someone else who is a patient ...because the way things are going (slowly) I'm not money in the bank for the fine doctor and his great staff.

Your not the only one out here man.   I'm with ya.  I'm following your posts and I'm really happy that your taking these steps and moving along on the process.   I hope that you have the same joy and success that I've found from the whole thing.  I look forward to seeing you tomorrow at the meeting man.

I'm just really worried about Dr.Buchin's practice.  He can rely on me for a few $$$ but I can't support the whole place.  Cheesy
