Hi everyone,
The Isopure powders are pretty expensive. In GNC they cost about $70 for a 3lb container. If you are following the diet properly, you will go through the first 3lbs fairly quickly. Someone gave me a container that was half full, and after about 3 days, I was almost out. I found a great site on the internet that sells the Isopure at 1/2 the price. I had ordered one when I started, but it took a few days longer for it to arrive than I had planned. I was then forced to buy some from GNC until my internet order arrived and had to pay full price. Also, the GNC on Lakeville Road DOES NOT give a 20% discount anymore.
So, before you start your 2 weeks of liquids, make sure you are properly prepared. Here is the site where I ordered mine:
http://www.supplementwarehouse.com/ The cost was about $37 and they will be a competitor's price.
This link is for Vitamin Shoppe, but I didn't use them, so I can't vouch for their service. But they are a few dollars cheaper and the shipping is less.

There are people in the group who may have some of the Isopure left over and would be willing to donate it so that you can see if you like the taste. I would also suggest that you try some meal replacements shakes in the 3 or 4 days prior to your official 2 week start, get used to the taste, experiment with
different liquids you can use to mix the shakes.
Personally, I like the chocolate and I am also using the Cookies and Cream too. I find that using Skim Plus and sprinkling some cinnamon into the shake improves the taste.
I'd be happy to answer any questions any of you may have.
Good luck,
Veronica
