Hello all... no I haven't been avoiding you I just can't reply while at work due to darn company restrictions.   Angry  Then by the time I get to the computer on the weekend the topics are no longer revelavant. 

I really hope to see you guys on the 10th.  After missing the last two meetings I feel like I need a refill.  Also wanted to wish Vee good luck be cool Queen Veronica  Cool Grin.

Like some others in ... well ... life actually I have had a lot going on in my life lately and need to get refocused.  I still would like 2009 to be the year of rebuilding (everything).

This just a reminder that there will be a support group meeting tomorrow at 5:30pm.

Topic:
Breaking the cycle - Eating, Obesity and unhappiness/anger. One feeds into the other, into the other and back again as the weight just keeps going up.
How to we break this physical, emotional unhealthy cycle?
How do we prepare our minds when the cravings, mindless eating, bad habits and temptations creep back into our lives?


Guest Speakers: I have a Nutritionist and Psychologist confirmed for the March Support Groups.

Topic: What the hell are we eating? 
We share what we can eat, what's good, what's not, what we recommend to others, how to prepare stuff. 

Most of us don't have a good relationship with food obviously, so:

What can we learn from one another as we try to forge new and healthier eating habits?

How do we eat on the run?

What's on a food label?

What are you really eating?

This is an introduction to our March 10th Support Group when we will have nutritionist Nicolette Pace as our guest speaker.
